Preliminary Exam Reminder

Please take note of the following reminders:

 Students who logged-in late will only use the remaining time to finish the exam. As much as possible, please log in 10 minutes earlier from your scheduled exam.

 Click the SUBMIT button only if you are DONE with the Exam. Just click the NEXT button if you are ready to proceed to the next item of the exam. You are only given one attempt to answer each item and you are not allowed to return to the previous item once you have already clicked submit.

 Avoid switching of tabs or windows on the gadget that you use in accessing CANVAS during the examination.

 In the event of some technical glitches or internet connection problems while taking the exam, please notify your teacher immediately through your Group Chats and teacher’s Facebook account.

 

Steps to open Preliminary exam through Canvas

  1. Log-in to your Canvas account using your official Fatima Email or GSuite Account.
  2. Go to the Quiz menu and look for the name of your exam with its corresponding schedule.

    Example:

    Preliminary Examination Part 1 - ETIC211 (Ethics) Sept. 26, 2020, Saturday (7:00AM-7:25AM)

  1. Click and type your access code to begin.

 

GENERAL INSTRUCTION: Choose the best answer from the choices. Show your computations and encircle/box your final answer on a Solution Paper.

After solving, take a picture/scan your solution paper and UPLOAD TO CANVAS. (look for Assignment tab > SOLUTION (UPLOAD HERE) > Submit Assignment)

*Note: If camera resolution is low, take a picture of the Solution Paper by parts for a clearer image upload.

**Note: UPLOADING OF SOLUTIONS SHOULD BE DONE AFTER THE LAST SESSION. You will be given an additional of 30 minutes after your exam time to upload, those which will be submitted beyond this will be considered late and will result to deduction of points.
